レッスン

はじめてでも、その日から楽しめる

初めての方から大会を目指す経験者まで、レベルに合わせた少人数制のグループレッスン。ルールやフォームの基礎から、試合で役立つ戦術まで、実践を交えながら楽しく学べます。

当日の流れ

受付・準備

手ぶらでOK。パドルもシューズもレンタルできます。動きやすい服装でお越しください。

基礎レクチャー

パドルの持ち方・基本ショット・コート上の動き方を、コーチが一人ひとりに合わせて丁寧に。

実践ドリル

ラリーやポジショニングを反復練習。少人数制なので、たっぷり球を打てます。

ゲーム形式

実際に試合をしながら、学んだ動きを試して定着。楽しみながら自然に上達できます。

レベルに合わせた3クラス

初心者クラス

ピックルボールが初めての方・始めたばかりの方

初級クラス

ラリーや試合ができる、基礎を固めたい方

中級クラス

定期的にプレーし、戦術まで磨きたい経験者

誰もが気軽にピックルボールを楽しめる専用コートと、レベルやテーマに合わせたレッスンを通じて、初心者から競技志向の方まで継続的に成長できる環境づくりを目指しています。プレーを通じて人と人が楽しく、自然につながる——そんなコミュニティを pickle9 から育ててまいります。

学生時代はスポーツとはほとんど縁がなく、社会人になってからの運動不足で足腰の衰えを実感。「何か始めなければ」と思っていたときに出会ったのが、誰でも気軽に始められるピックルボールでした。自身が初心者から夢中になった経験を活かし、基礎のフォームをひとつひとつ丁寧に。初心者・初級の方が「楽しい！」と感じられるレッスンをモットーにしています。

How It Works

How Your Visit Works

A beginner-friendly experience session. Staff will guide you through the rules and basic play — from light rallies to mini games. First-timers and those returning to exercise are all welcome.

Check-In & Welcome

After arriving, our staff will check you in and walk you through the facility. First-timers get a full introduction — from how to hold a racket to how to use the court. Come alone or if it's been a while since you've been active.

Mini Lesson: Rules & Basics

We'll walk you through the basic rules and simple strokes at a relaxed pace. No jargon — we focus on having fun with rallies. Zero experience is completely fine.

Light Rally & Practice Play

Grab a racket and start with easy rallies. No matches right away — staff will match your pace. There's no pressure to be social if that's not your style.

Mini Game & Free Play

Once you're comfortable, enjoy a relaxed mini game. It's all about having fun and moving — not winning or losing. Afterwards, we'll share pricing info if you're interested. No hard sell.
